Taxes and charges
Please note customers ordering products from outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and charges. Local taxation authorities may require the customer to pay these charges in full before the products are released to them. Stranded Hair Group has no control over; if a fee is payable or the amount charged. The amount can vary depending on the rates in the customer's country of residence.

Need to return your item? No Problem!
If you feel your product is unsatisfactory or is no longer needed and would like a refund or an exchange, you must return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. For unwanted items the goods must be returned unworn. A refund will only be processed once the returned item has been delivered to us. If there is an issue with your order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods and we must receive the returned items within 30 days for a refund or exchange to be authorised.
We offer a free returns service for customers in the UK, please click on the following link to create your returns label, once complete you will be emailed a code which you can print or show the post office on your phone *A Printer is not required*

Returns-Outside of the UK
Postage must be covered by the sender and it's the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately covered.
***Please Note: Stranded cannot take any responsibility for the transportation of goods being returned to us outside of the UK, we advise that you use a tracked delivery service. Please contact us for the returns address specific to your region***
No refunds will be processed until we have received the parcel back at our head office. For refunds please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to show in your bank account. For exchanges please allow 3 days for the exchange to be processed. Shipping on exchanges will depend on your location.
On the rare occasion that a parcel may be delayed by our courier service, we will not be able to send out any replacement goods. Once the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit a replacement will be sent. This process can take up to 10 working days.
