Step 1: Start by brushing through your hair.
Step 2: Gather your hair into either a high or low ponytail, depending on the style you'd like to create. Secure with a hair tie.
Step 3 (for the Medium Flicky and Long Straight Ponytails): Using the claw clip provided, clip the hair extension over your natural ponytail. Alternatively, you can remove the bulldog clip and use the drawcord method. Simply twist your hair into a bun first. Now place the extension over your bun and tighten the drawcord fastening. Be sure to tuck the cord away for a flawless finish.
Step 3 (for the Bounce Wrap and Body Wave ponytails): Slide the built-in comb into your hair just above your ponytail. Now wrap the extension tightly around your natural ponytail and use the velcro to secure it. Wrap a section of hair around the base of the ponytail to disguise the fitting.
Your ponytail can last several months or even longer depending on how well it's cared for. Treat your ponytail gently, always hold the attachment securely when brushing and follow the recommended care steps to prolong its lifespan.
No. You should always remove your clip-in ponytail before bed. Sleeping on your ponytail can not only be extremely uncomfortable but damage both your natural hair and the extension.
After each wear, gently brush through your ponytail, being careful not to tug at the hair. To keep your ponytail safe and clean between wears, store it in the original packaging or in a lint-free dust bag.

You won't need to wash your hair extension every time it's used. However, we do recommend washing it every few weeks to keep it in top condition.
Fill a sink with lukewarm water. Submerge the lengths of the extension into the water and rinse. Apply a gentle shampoo and massage it into the hair. Rinse out. Now apply a gentle conditioner to the lengths of the hair and leave in for a couple of minutes. Wash out using clean, lukewarm water. Leave it to dry naturally. Brush through before your next wear.
